Hello All,
This evening Shirley Muse called to say that they had located a red morph
Western Screech Owl in their back yard. Sooo we went to see this very seldom
seen morph and sure enough this owl was perched in a river birch over the
stream in their backyard . I was able to take three fair photos that
document this odd morphs presents in Walla Walla County.

What a way to end a great day! Late this afternoon while returning to the
district office I chanced upon an adult LYNX in Union Co. Oregon on the
Umatilla N.F..
I also located an 16 inch Rubber Boa earlier this afternoon.
