Tweets - a full report will follow, but this morning, at about 10:30, we had
an ASH-THROATED FLYCATCHER in the willows and birch about 200 yards south on
the Interpretive Trail from the Interpretive Lot at Marymoor Park. It was
seen very well for about a minute (during which time we had trouble figuring
out what it was). As soon as it moved and started to fly, we all knew for
sure. We then got to watch it in the birch tree, and then it flew west to
the far side of the dog meadow. We watched from a distance for a while, but
when we walked over, we could not relocate the bird.

Obviously, this was a tremendously exciting find, as I believe there have
been very few King County records of ATFL.

We also had at least 2 LAZULI BUNTING.
