Tweets,

Has anyone seen a harrier "fish"? I watched a Marsh Harrier for over 5
minutes (I finally had to leave) hover (mostly) and course (a little)
against a brisk breeze over the soft surf up to 3-400 feet offshore of the
Mediterranean on Spain's sun coast. Pretty cool and unexpected. For all its
persistence, the bird appeared to not have any success.

Good birding!
