Hi Tweeters,
This morning I birded Tolt-MacDonald Park and other
areas of the Snoqualmie River Valley near Carnation
(King County). The best bird at Tolt-MacDonald was a
male LAZULI BUNTING along the nature trail N of the
parking lot.
There were 10-15 BANK SWALLOWS at the colony near
Stillwater as described to tweeters by Gene Hunn.
Both of these locations had singing RED-EYED VIREOS.
I was also able to find one EASTERN KINGBIRD at
Montlake Fill this evening.
Good birding,
Sam Terry
Seattle
