Hi tweeters,
We went to Mount Rainer today and I saw my very first varied Thrush- I was (and still am) so excited-I had to share.

We also saw two deer, a junco, several butterflies, three chipmunks, two great waterfalls, breathtaking views, a bunch of people and some great weather.

It was a fabulous day and in the words of my three year old- "That mountain sure was Great"

I told my five year old that now whenever we see mount Rainier- he can remember the day day we spent and that we drove all the way around it.
