Sunday while looking for the trail to Isabel Falls we came across a
pair of Townsend's Solitaries at the edge of a clear cut at 1800 feet.
I don't believe these are enough of a rarity for someone to want to
chase, but I'll sent specific directions to anyone interested. There
is a great view up there, but you will need/want a fairly rugged 4x4.
