The WHOOPER SWAN wintering at the Lower Klamath NWR was seen February 27 on

Two easy to locate EURASIAN COLLARED DOVES are now south of Pendleton at
Pilot Rock. Another was west of Malin February 24. The Bend HAWK OWL, the
Coburg FALCATED DUCK, and the Seaside YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER are still
being seen.

On February 23 a COMMON YELLOWTHROAT was at Millicoma Marsh in Coos Bay.
Three WESTERN BLUEBIRDS were seen March 1 at Walton Beach on the east side
of Sauvie Island. A territorial COSTA?S HUMMINGBIRD is now being seen at
Reed College in southeast Portland. The COSTA?S wintering at a Sherwood
feeder is still being seen. A SAY?S PHOEBE was at the Tualatin NWR near
Sherwood March 2. On February 27 a dead FERRUGINOUS HAWK was found near
Farmer Road near Baskett Slough NWR. A COMMON LOON was reported from Baskett
Slough March 1.
