Subject: [Tweeters] RAVEN NEAR SNOHOMISH
Date: Mar 5 13:43:21 2005
From: Lydia Bishop - gizathecat at verizon.net

This morning I spied a RAVEN swooping around the east side of Highway 9 in
the Snohomish Valley. At first I thought it was an immature bald eagle, and
then I saw the fan shaped tail and realized it was glossy black. The raven
was swooping around like a bird of prey about to grab its lunch.

How often do the ravens visit such lowland areas?
