The Gyrfalcon at the West 90 was easily observed by several people today. Mike Fleming and I saw the bird between 9-10am. We looked hard for the Falcated Duck, but were unsuccessful.

Skagit WA was pretty dead with the exception of a Northern Sawwhet-Owl that we found in a tall conifer past the first bridge on the outer trail. Please remember to be considerate if you look for the bird!

An enormous flock of Snow Geese just out of Skagit WA off Wylie Rd. put on quite a show. It felt like they were congregating for their journey back up north to Wrangell Island.
