That is sad.I was there today and didn't see any sign of that. I did see
the Eurasian Green-winged teal after waiting for about 30 minutes for it to
wake up and preen and feed. Due to the distance and the bright glare of the
afternoon I was not able to get any really nice looking photos but got a few
that would be good enough for documenting the sighting.

I haven't seen the remains but another birder said he found that the Beaver
at Bothell Pond had succumbed to, most likely, one or more Coyotes
yesterday.
