Hello All,
Yesterday MerryLynn spotted the first returning Violet-green Swallows over the Walla Walla BI-Mart. Today(9th) while hiking along the south fork of Russell Creek we saw butterflies..... 7 Morning Cloaks, 5 angle wings, 2 Sara Orange-tips (early date for this county) and up along Blue Creek there was a Milberts Tortoiseshell, one Mountain White and an angle wing. 76 degrees F so far today. Also saw 15+ Wild Turkeys along Blue Creek.
Later Mike
