Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report
was made Thursday March 10. If you have anything to add call Harry Nehls at

The female BLACK-THOATED BLUE WARBLER that is coming to a SE Portland feeder
continues to be seen. The Bend HAWK OWL and the Coburg FALCATED DUCK are
also being seen.

The most conspicuous migrants during the week were RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRDS,
VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS, and GREATER YELLOWLEGS.

An March 5 a SAY?S PHOEBE was at the Portland Airport. A SWAMP SPARROW was
seen march 6 in Oaks Bottom in SE Portland. A CLAY-COLORED SPARROW, a BRANT,
a ROSS?S GOOSE, and two SNOW GEESE were seen March 5 at finley NWR.

On March 6 a DUNLIN was at Ochoco Reservoir east of Prineville. A BITTERN
was seen March 6 at the Umatilla NWR. Good numbers of BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS
continue to be seen in Northeast Oregon.
