Folks from out-of-state remain interested in Redwing news so here's what I
know.



I received a 2nd hand report that the Redwing was seen last Monday afternoon
(3/7) near Percival and 4th Ave by a couple of San Francisco birders. I
have heard of no sightings since then. I was out of town the last few days,
but this morning the neighborhood was fogged in and very quiet. I looked
around for 20 minutes or so but could find only scattered individual Robins.
That may change when the fog lifts later today. I understand that there may
a few birders looking for it on the weekend and that will help if it's still
around.
