Exactly 6 ft 7 5/8 inches from the bird feeder and no more than 19 ft
3 3/4 inches from the bat house.

Actually it doesn't really matter how far away from feeder or bat
house. The bats and the bees likely won't know about each other since
each operates at different hours. The bird feeder won't be a problem
either. I find that out here in Yakima, nearly every small hole in
almost any material is packed full by mason bees every summer, even
holes in my hanging bird feeder.
