Hi Valerie and tweeters,

I observed an all-white (except for its yellow parts) Yellow-rumped Warbler
and videotaped it two years ago just north of Bend OR. Wishful thinking
caused me to ID it as a Snow Bunting-I'd never seen one at the time-until my
wife pointed out the discrepancies. Though it wasn't the bird I wanted it
to be, it was still a memorable sighting.

Good birding, Alan Roedell Seattle

I wanted to thank those who provided information for my Florida trip last
month.

While down there I found a partially albino yellow-rumped warbler near
Venus, FL. I was pretty sure about the bird's ID, but confirmed it when I
got my pictures back. I was wondering if anyone else has ever seem a
partially albino y-r warbler anywhere in its range. Just curious.
