Anyone want to help 2 recently hatched fallen Anna's hummers?

A friend of mine in West Seattle just had the Anna's Hummingbird nest they
were watching in their yard blow down and now has 2 recently hatched tiny
baby hummers that she'd like to save. She now has them under a heat lamp
and is trying to feed them honey water. If anyone knows how they should be
cared for or knows who would be willing and able to care for them or thinks
they may be able to care for them until they fledge call her, Joan Maricich
