Sharp-shinned hawk, probably adult with the grey back, is it chest barring
(ad) or Streaking (imm) hard to tell, anyway the most noticeable thing for
me on perched Sharpies is the small bill and eye forward on the face.

Remember that bill is a goldfinch dissection kit.
