Hi Folks

A large flock of CLIFF SWALLOWS at the locks this morning, close to 100
maybe. They were flying in the spillway area mostly, close to the
water. There's a concrete "cliff" there on the small locks side, they
were constantly flying in and out of there. (I think there's a shelf
in there because the pigeons are nesting there too). What's really neat
is you can stand on the sidewalk, lean on the rail and watch them from
directly overhead, 10 to 20 feet below you depending on the tide.
