If you have not heard about it, there is a birding festival in leavenworth
this weekend with tons of fun stuff for the whole family. I like to support
these kinds of events because they show the chamber of commerce types that
bird and nature folks are an important economic asset to the community.
Besides, leavenworth in early May is a good bird spot.
