I will be going up to Seattle May 28th-June 4th. Plan to get as much biriding in as I can. I will be going to Mt. St Helen, San Juan Islands, one day in the area from Seattle to Mt. Vernon.
My target species are : HARLEQUIN DUCK, BLACK OYSTER CATCHER, TURNSONTES, SHEARWATERS, STORM-PETREL, PETRELS, PELAGIC+BRANT'S CORMORANT, AMERICAN BITTERN, MOUNTAIN QUAIL, SURFBIRD, MEW GULL,MURRES,MURRELETS, AUKLETS, PUFFINS, BOREAL OWL,VAUX SWIFT, WHITE-HEADED+RED-BREASTED+PILEATED WOODPECKERS,PACIFIC SLOPE FC, CHESTNUT BACKED CHICKADEE,HERMIT WARBLER, PURPLE FINCH,EVENING GROSBEAK.
How likely is it that I can find these species with the places I will be going to? Any pelagics on ferry trips?
Thank you all very much I have enjoyed your posting for the past few months trying to get a few for what I could see and where.
please reply to me directly
