Hi Tweets;
This morning I was watching a male Rufous hummer perching on top of an
old growth snag when I spied two lizards on the side of the snag below
it. (Talk about 'naturalists' with short attention spans!) Anyway I
took photos of them and tried to to figure out what species they are.
Although they look similar to photos of the Western Fence lizards I did
not find a close match. It appears they are looking for a place to nest
too. Any experts willing to take a look?
So far various species seen on the old growth snag are: (I will
continue to observe it)
Rufous Hummingbird
Bushy-tailed wood rat
Lizards?
