Just a quick note about a male Yellow-headed Blackbird seen today on the west side of Green Lake in Seattle. For those interested in trying for it, it was seen at the part of the lake where Aurora Avenue meets the lake. This spot is where there is typically a population of Red-winged Blackbirds in the cattails.
Also of note, it appears the booming rabbit population has reached this part of the lake.
