Natalie and I made a Birdathon journey today, starting at Titlow Beach
in Tacoma around 7 a.m. and working our way east to end the day with 126
species viewed when we left the Para Ponds at 7:45 p.m. The highlight of
the trip was viewing WILSON'S PHALAROPES and a single BURROWING OWL at
Birder's Corner, and a pair of RED-NECKED PHALAROPES at the County Line
Ponds along State Route 26 near Othello.
