All,

Notable in my territory for the count on Saturday was a flock of >300 Brant
rafting with large numbers of Surf Scoters and scaup on south Samish Bay. I was
surprised to see such a large flock still in the area. Anyone else still
seeing Brant?

There are so many Cliff Swallows nesting under the bridge at Blanchard that
the highway department might want to consider reinforcing the span. They're
swarming and quite the spectacle!
