The White-faced Ibis was in the southern-most pond of Marsh Unit 2, Columbia NWR, this morning. Take the Marsh Trail from Morgan Lake Road and continue south rather than looping back. It shared space with a Marbled Godwit today. This pond will be drying up in the next day or two. Neither species is a certainty in Grant County every year.
