Greetings Tweeters,
My early morning meditation didn't go beyond contemplation this morning because, as I sat before my wide-open balcony door, wafting in with the lovely warm breeze from the ravine (Big Gulch) was the loud and distinct call of an Olive-sided Flycatcher! Judging from the direction of the call, I suspect it was in the shorter growth near the north end of the ravine where I have occasionally see Am. Goldfinches in the weeds edging the newer growth of trees. Now I have the long weekend to see if I can spot it visually...
Cheers!
Judy
