Hello, Just a quick note to say that I made another trip out to Nisqually
NWR this afternoon in search of the Ibis flock. At about 3:30 or so Bob
Morse, Bill Shelmerdine and myself viewed the birds to the west of the Twin
Barns in the extensive grassy wetland. Though at a bit of a distance and
usually obscured by vegetation, we did manage to view the bird I had
photographed earlier in the day. Most of the field marks mentioned by Jason
in his previous posts were noted, though not as closely as earlier in the
day. At 4:23 all seven birds took to the air and flew to the north,
eventually disappearing around the corner to the northwest at Luhr Beach.
