This week's issue Birds in the News (#34) is a little
early. This week, Birds in the News features a story
about how wine production is affecting the numbers of
western bluebirds in California. I have linked to a
news story and blog about Brooklyn's feral parakeet
population (watch out, Parrots of Telegraph Hill, NYC
has its own flock of Monk Parrots). I also have a lot
of Bird Flu news coverage that you will probably find
useful and educational.
