I spoke with a hunter in the office today who was asking about the legality of taking a brant in this area. Upon further conversation he said it is a single bird and it was in the Adams Co. end! I am more than sure this hunter knows his waterfowl and his id in my mind is solid. Thought I should pass this along for those who may be in the area. If you decide to go look tomorrow I will see you there.
