Howdy,

In the middle of October, I requested some help in filling out my pathetic
golden-plover image gallery. The response was fantastic.

There are now 19 images posted, showing a great range of plumages of both
Pacific and American Golden-Plovers. Mike Tabak has generously provided
some analysis of each of the images discussing the key identification marks
presented.

There were several additional shots received, but the angles and plumages
posed adequate id problems that I chose to leave them out for the time
being.

Additional photos, especially from different times of year than already
illustrated, would be very welcome.
