To echo Keith's post, this bird is a Temminck's Stint! Today about a dozen of us where able to get unbelievable close looks plus hearing the bird in flight. Don't wait, go as soon as possible. Patrick said it is the first 48 state record, which I believe is true. Also Bill Shelmerdine and I viewed a first year Glaucous Gull at the beach by the jetty with a group of other gulls.
