Tweets,
sitting around the house this morning, lamenting all
the chores I need to do, and glancing out the window
also lamenting about the lack of any real bird
activity in the yard the last couple of weeks.
Very few birds around, few species, and usually the
same few individuals. Sigh ....

and then ....

The sun came out for a few minutes ...

A mixed flock flew into the yard. I had six ( 6!!! )
Townsend's Warblers in the waterfall at the same
time!! And Ruby-crowned and Golden-crowned Kinglets!
And a few minutes later, a Brown Creeper!!

and then 2 minutes later, they were gone.

At least I can now face my chores and the rest of the
day with renewed enthusiasm ;)
