Saw one at Seattle Univ (Broadway and Madison) about 12:15pm on Fri Nov 18. About three years ago (can be more precise if anyone wants), I photographed adult and young scrub jays adjacent to my yard in Madison Valley, Seattle. (I am fairly certain that's what they were; I've learned from more than one past embarrassing experience never to be *too* certain without someone else's confirmation :-).) Again, I can probably dig up the photos if anyone's interested.
