Subject: [Tweeters] Spenser Island Shrike

It was a foggy day, but I saw an odd shape undulating across the water.
Turned out to be a shrike with something fuzzy, but the visibility was poor
and I lacked my scope. However I got a great look at an eagle duck hunting.
It dove amid a quacking, whirling mass of mallards but can up empty taloned.
It then banked and dove a second time, went down in the cattails and did not
come up again so I assume it found lunch.
