If you count what you can see *from* your yard, I did, during the Snowy Owl
irruption year in the mid- or late 90's, when they were all over the city.
I was living in the East Greenlake area at the time. The morning of the
Seattle CBC, I looked out my bedroom window and could see one perched on the
roof of a high-rise apartment building a block away. It was by far the best
yard bird I had when I lived there.
