There will be a Nature Conservancy-sponsored presentation in Seattle on
Wednesday, November 9th on the rediscovery of the Ivory-billed Woodpecker in
Arkansas.

Gene Sparling, who spotted an Ivory-bill back in February of 2004 and Philip
Hoose, author of "The Race to Save the Lord God Bird" will be the
presenters.

The event will take place at 7:30 pm at Town Hall - 8th and Seneca in
Seattle. The usual disclaimer applies that I have no financial interest in
promoting the event but I will say that I have my tickets.
