Subject: [Tweeters] Chestnut-collared Longspur at SJCR - 10/6/2005

A CHESTNUT-COLLARED LONGSPUR, first reported on Monday 10/4
was still present today at the South Jetty of the Columbia
River, Ft Stevens State Park, parking lot "C".

The bird may or may not be associated with a large flock of
LAPLAND LONGSPURS (depending on its mood). It was very tame
when I saw it today, allowing be to approach to about 10m.
