The Clay-colored Sparrow was still there later at around 5pm. It was seen in
the weeds between the main compost pile and the blackberries to the east,
yet not in the blackberry bushes themselves.

It seems to me that today's bird is a different bird from the one seen on
09/28. The plumage of today's bird was much drabber overall and had less
buffy wash on the breast and flanks.
