Megan, et al

Interestingly enough, some people are the same way with their kids when
they're in public places. We live in an age when some folks operate with an
almost-defensive sense of entitlement to bad behavior. I guess the considerate among
us might be well-advised to stay out of "off leash areas," no matter the
species.
