Hello-
I was at Wallace Swamp Creek Park - Kenmore today and got to watch a
small flock, 6-8, Yellow Rumped Warblers ( at least I'm 99% sure that's
what they were) bathe on the side of the sediment pond. A bush growing on
the bank had long leafless twigs hanging down to the water. Most of the
birds perched on the branches and let the spray of the stream going past
them give them a shower but two got right down in the water and splashed
and frolicked away. Then everybody sat on branches and preened. What a
treat!
