We had two intergrades at our feeder at the same time yesterday. One had
head markings like a male red-shafted but had yellow shafts. It had two
small red marks on the nape where the ends of the crescent would be. The
second male had red shafts and mustache with an almost full red crescent on
the nape. They were here with a third flicker that appeared to be an all
red-shafted female.
