Sunday around noon I was again checking for Wilson's White-tailed Kites, but could not find any. Instead I heard a Lapland Longspur fly overhead. This was just east of MP 18 on Hwy 14. Wilson and Patrick and I had heard one there several years ago at the same place. This is a quality bird for Clark Co.
