Hi tweeters;

I am not trying to revive the old thread about crow behavior. But I thought I'd mention something I casually noticed yesterday here in Bellingham.

I was walking down past the Padden Creek estuary yesterday about 3:15 pm, when I couldn't help but notiice a large gathering of crows in the vacant lot across the street. There were easily 50 of them on the ground. When I rode by on the city bus at 3:30, they had all disappeared. I am guessing that they were staging for a flight to their roost for the night. I don't know where exactly that is located, but I woudn't have bothered to think about it without all the earlier messages on Tweeters.
