Hello All,
This fall while filling in at Table Rock LO east of Walla Walla at 6250' I
had two sizable flocks of covorting ravens pass by the lookout all headed to
the south. The flock of 46 birds on 20 Sept. and a second flock of 88 birds
on 26 Sept.. These flocks were all in a group, yet covered a large area as
they tucked and rolled, called and dove in passage. It was a unique sight to
see all these big black birds coming right at you, head-on. Caused me to
think that maybe I did not want to be out and away from the lookout.
