I saw a flock of 60 Ravens Aug 19, 2001 & 70 Ravens Aug 25, 2001 at the same
place which was south of Cow Lake in Adams County, WA. The only attraction
noted was an irrigated alfalfa field. My impression is it was a social
gathering. Post nesting.
