I just want to make sure I'm not dismissing a possibly different and more
exciting ID of the bird I tagged as a Pectoral Sandpiper at Crockett Lake on
9-10-05.

Comparing these photos to another obvious and confirmed PESA at Port Susan
Bay Reserve a few days ago, the photos from today show a more rufous cap and
less streaking on the breast. Could this be a Sharp-tailed Sandpiper? I
welcome any and all input. I hope the photos are sufficient to be able to
tell. Thanks.
