In case birders don't read Phil Kelley report of the White -tiled Kite birders on his usual fieldtrip had at Nisqually today.This is the first reported in almost two years of this species.
Maybe Kelly can give a more detail description and who saw the bird in his group.There also been no reported sighting in Oregon.Maybe this would be a good year for the White-tailed Kites.
