My wife and I went up to the Monroe Elementary school tonight to watch the swifts. There did not seem to be as many as Robert Meyer's video showed on Sunday evening. But there were still quite a few flying around. The smokestack vacuum was turned on at 7:19 and sucked all the birds in to the stack. No Merlin dining tonight. Interesting sight and sound.
