The results of our Sept. 24th pelagic trip were already highlighted by Michael Woodruff in a earlier e-mail. With the chances of a five day shearwater sighting, perhaps a two species Albatross day and with good number of Skuas and jaegers around, I would like to encourage any seabird enthusiast to join us on one or both of our last trips for 2005. The remaining trips are on this coming Saturday, Oct.1 and on Sunday,Oct. 2. The Saturday trip is almost full but Sunday's trip has plenty of spaces. The advantage of Sunday's trip is that all us leaders will be on the boat for a business meeting afterwards. So that means 5 or 6 experienced guides to help in finding the birds and helping others anyway possible. So, if your are interested please respond to www.westportseabirds.com by this Wednesday.
