This is just an aside comment;

My parents had a big Russian Olive tree in their yard near Miami, Florida. Although migratory warblers liked it, I had to do the yard work. The leaves were very small, so that it made for dificult raking.
Therefore I vote thumbs down for the Russian Olive (ha ha!).
